Common questions
Is it really free during early access?
Yes. Design partners get full Professional-tier access at no cost. When we launch paid plans, early users receive a permanent grandfathered discount.
What counts as an "AI match"?
One AI match = scoring one candidate against one position. Parsing a resume doesn't count toward your match quota. Bulk matching a position against your pool uses one match per candidate evaluated.
What happens when I hit my limit?
You can keep using the platform — parsing, pipeline, commission tracking all continue. AI matching pauses until your quota resets on the 1st of each month, or you can top up at $0.05/match.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. No lock-in on monthly plans.
What about data ownership?
Your data is 100% yours. Export everything at any time. If you cancel, you have 90 days to export before anything is removed. We never share your data with other agencies.
