OptiTalent started with a simple observation: the people who find talent for a living are drowning in tools that weren't built for them.
Some of our closest friends are headhunters. Over coffee, over drinks, over late-night calls after a placement fell through — the frustrations were always the same.

We set out to build the tool our recruiter friends actually wanted. Not another CRM with an AI sticker on it — but a purpose-built platform where AI does the work that shouldn't require a human in the first place.
